Looking for 3 people for ethical hackingteam

Hello everyone! I'm looking for three people who would like to form a hacking team with me. The goal of this team is to learn and practice a variety of information security skills consistently over the next 2–3 years. To build a team that can stay together long-term, I'm looking for people who: have a basic understanding of information security with some hands-on experience (e.g. OPSEC, penetration testing, networking/data communication, and Linux), are between 18 and 25 years old, are willing to dedicate time to the team on a regular basis for the next 2–3 years, speak English, are willing to share some basic information about themselves (no sensitive or critical personal information is required).
